Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is available worldwide, however please note I am based in Northern Ireland and check shipping restrictions for your country.
How long does it take for a package to arrive?
Orders may take up to a week for customers within the UK, and up to a month for international customers. There may be delays due to pressure put on the postal service as a result of Covid-19.
Tracking is not standard, so please purchase tracking if you require tracking. I would recommend this for customers outside the UK.

My order never arrived. What should I do?
Unfortunately, once a package is with the postal service, it is totally out of my hands. If this should happen, please contact me and I will see what I can do to help.

At the time, no refunds or cancellations are accepted.
